So I decided that today was the day to start - I've made some more personal goals that I'm adding to the ones already made for this game and I started working on them today.
First thing - get up when I actually say I'll get up the night before.
It felt good! I'm not a huge morning person (nor am I a huge night person - I'm the rare "afternoon person" ), but having some self-mastery to get up when I really wanted to so that I can work on these goals really felt good.
I'm not sure what exactly made the light-bulb go one, but I'm glad it did - and I hope know that I will keep improving and get better with my goals.
Here's to growing and being in charge of my own self. :)
I have the same problem, but participating in this game has definitely helped me get more motivated to eat healthy and exercise :D (I have been forced to get up early because of my new job... I am definitely not a morning person either!)
