HABITS


Lori's Habits
1.Good habit: I will read my scriptures everyday for at least 10 minutes.
2  Bad habit:  I never flossed my teeth and never brushed at night so I will brush my teeth every night and day and floss at least once a day.


Katie's Habits
Habits:
1. I will ignore the imperfections of my skin.
2. I will study the scriptures daily and write my thoughts in my scripture journal.
Personal Goals:
1. Maintain my Habits from the last game.
2. Not eat after 8:00 PM.


Braedon's Habits
Habits:
1. I will stop saying Negative things about myself.
2. I will write in my Journal daily.
Personal Goals:
1. I want try and maintain my habits from the last game.
2. I want to be down to 179 lbs by the end of the 8 weeks.


Jodi's Habits
1. Good habit: I will drink a full glass of water before breakfast each day
2. Bad Habit: I will kiss and hug every member of my family daily and tell them how much I love them.



Kelly's Habits
1. Good habit: I will floss my teeth daily
2. Bad habit: I will not eat after 8 p.m.


Ashley's Habits
1. Good Habit:  Read scriptures everyday
2. Bad Habit:  Not go to bed with clothes on the floor
Goals:
1.  Drop at least one size by the end of the 8 weeks

1. Good habit: I will kneel to pray
2. Bad habit:  I will not cuss!


Jenell's Habits
1. Good habit: Put on my seatbelt before I put the car into gear.
2. Bad Habit: I will stop biting my nails.


Mike's Habits
1. Good Habit: I will floss my teeth daily.
2. Bad Habit: I will not eat after 8:00 PM
Goals:
1. I will try to go to bed before 11:00 PM
2. I will try and be more aware of my money and not spend so much (besides on my jeep).

1. Good habit: I will work on my screenplay at least 1 hour per day
2. Bad habit: I will not eat after 8:00 PM
Goals:
1. Lose 20 lbs.
2. Maintain a healthy lifestyle!
