I will have you know that this week's perfect score in no way reflects my usual willpower when it comes to dieting and exercise. (I would like everyone to know that there is a can of coke in the fridge that remains unopened... that is a big deal for me!)
It was a pretty laid back week, so I was able to focus a lot on exercising and eating right. Hopefully I can keep it up next week and the 6 weeks after that!
I'm down 5 pounds!
