Ready to Rock! ;)

I have to say I am super excited about doing this.  I have needed that extra push to eat healthy. With three kids who are pretty picky eaters sometimes it's just easier to eat what they will eat, which usually isn't the most healthy choice.  I don't know about you guys but I'm always looking for new ideas to try.  So I just thought I'd post some of my favorite things....
I LOVE these for a quick on the go snack....

I get them from Target and while they are a little pricey they are SO YUMMY!!

To satisfy the chocolate cravings I find that a few of these will hit the spot and since they are dark chocolate and have fiber from the raisins, they are healthy....just don't over do it!  There is also Dark Chocolate covered plums at Walmart that are SOOO good!!

Then there is my new favorite breakfast....  A cup of this...

These are Just a few of my favorite things.

For dinner my favorite thing lately is Steak fajitas.  I just buy some sirloin and cut it into strips.  Before I do that I put onion, red and yellow peppers and garlic in a frying pan with some EVOO for a few minutes then set them aside while I cook the meat.  I marinate the meat in Lime juice, cilantro, jalepeno, and more garlic, and EVOO (I've only marinated for 30 minutes and it is still so yummy!)  I think they are good without sour cream, cheese, or salsa on a tortilla.  So yummy!!

I hope you guys find these helpful.  I always enjoy hearing what people make that is healthy.
