My scores seem to be getting lower and lower as the game goes on :( I'm really disappointed that I wasn't able to keep up the same motivation/dedication that I had for the first few weeks.
Hopefully, I can keep up some aspects of this healthier lifestyle when the game ends...
Also, I have been REALLY bad with my communication points this week. That was always the thing I felt guaranteed to get because it was so easy.
Now it seems like I completely forget until the next day when I'm totaling my points and think, "oh crap! I didn't post anything to the blog today!" :(
I've stopped losing weight too, which is kind of depressing. I know I should either kick up my exercise or cut down even more calories, but I'm sort of loathe to do that at this point, because I know if I go too crazy I'll get burned out.
Anyway, hope everyone has a good week and is over the flu! Look forward to seeing the scores :D
I am afraid to stop the game. After the last game I packed all my weight back on and then some. I think the discouragement always comes when the plateau hits. I am right there with you. I already feel hungry all the time. I am not inclined to eat less either. Your comments totally make sense to me. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI've lost about 10 lbs overall, but for the last 3 weeks I've been bouncing back and forth a pound.
