It's A BriGht SunShInY DAY!

WOW!!  That was a good one Jodi....  ;).  I'm sure everyone else is LOVING the sunshine the past couple days as much as I am.  It's been great to be able to walk/run/scooter/bike, you name it, to every park within 2 miles of our house (I LOVE being a Stay at Home mom!!!).  This week has been a super plateau week for me...infact this week I actually gained a lb (probably the pizza and ice cream while in St George!!)!  That shouldn't have made me gain that much more weight though....I'm hoping its just cause I am gaining more muscle and in the next week or so it will boost my metabolism and all drop off...here's to hoping right?!  In more positive news though my clothes are getting a little baggier so that's good...plus I have two of the best trainers ever....my daughters.  THey sometimes come in when I'm working out and say things like 'good job mom!' 'Just a few more reps...'  'drink more water mom, it's not gone yet' ;)  LOVE THEM!!  And when they ride scooters and I run with them....it's a great workout...they CRUISE!  ;)  My score this week is not as good as I would've hoped but what do you expect when you go on vacation?  I could have resisted the ice cream on saturday, or the pizza, but what fun is that?  Here's to a new week!  My score was 1025.  Hang in there everyone!  We are all improving our quality of life and getting a little bit healthier every week we stick to this!  SO keep up the great work. 


Oh and hope everyone has a HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S!  ;)
