Balance? What's that?

My score this week was 1000. For the past 2 weeks i have been taking 2-3 hour classes of exercise a day. I'm loving it and becoming a bit obsessive with it but it makes my body feel so good. I feel like i am getting stronger but the weight is not working in my favor. I have proven to myself again that exercise alone is not the key to weight loss. Choosing the exact foods must be the key but i have not figured that piece of the puzzle yet. I'm making much better food choices than ever but i think i must be lacking in the protein. That is not my favorite choice of food. My other obstacle this week was not caring about blogging anymore, a mental breakdown and having my life out of balance. That's the great thing about this game. If you play it right, you will be perfectly balanced. That is something that does not come easy for me. Just by looking at me, you can see that. asymmetrical hair, red on one side, blond on the other with black in between. One black eyebrow, one red. Dang..... even the boobs cant be perfectly balanced. What is important is that i never give up!

  2. Jodi I love your posts! I want to see your hair! The thing is you can make anything look good! Hey I found some really good protien bars. They are Apex brand. I don't like many high protien foods either. These bars have 13g of protien and only 210 calories. Best of all they don't taste like crap! perfect snack! I also like black beans and all kinds of nuts. Most of the protien I eat doesn't come from meat. Thanks for the post. I like people who say it how it is!
